The companies joined forces to combine the leading multiscreen player SDK with the Sceenic Watch Together technology, where users can video chat whilst watching their video content.

The integration takes the advantage of the market-proven Sceenic video chat technology, Watch Together, with the powerful NexPlayer multiscreen software.

As an example, thanks to the usage of Suggested Presentation Delay protocol (SPD), the video chats are synchronised across all devices. Low latency combined with synchronization of video arrival brings the experience as close to real-life as ever.
 
CLIENTS
  BT Sport Watch Together on Android is powered by both companies. The feature is one of the most popular ones among the BT Sport app users, allowing up to four fans to enjoy a match on a perfectly synchronized screen.

The solution is available for all NexPlayer customers, both for HLS and DASH streaming and with the full features set of NexPlayer such as Widevine protection in all devices.
